The 2022 Philanthropy Report reflects on a historic year that included granting the not-for-profit hospitals of Morton Plant Mease more than $16.5 million – the most ever in our history! We hope you will enjoy learning about how your philanthropy helped fund innovative technology and programs at our hospitals, including the completion of the first phase of Morton Plant Hospital’s interventional radiology suite for stroke-related care, bringing the latest in surgical spine navigation to Mease Countryside Hospital, providing the most advanced nursing education tools and scholarship programs to Mease Dunedin Hospital, and completely upgrading the cardiac catheterization lab at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital.

Despite a historically challenging economic environment, in 2022, the Foundation will be granting the not-for-profit hospitals of Morton Plant Mease more than $16.3 million – which is significantly the most we have ever granted the hospitals in our history. What a testament to a grateful community in giving back and caring for the hospitals that have been caring for us all.

Our future is an outcome of the investment we make today. From their earliest days, the hospitals of Morton Plant Mease have been an invaluable resource for the community. Thank you for playing a role in furthering that important legacy. Not only have you impacted countless lives, but you’ve also helped position our hospitals to lead boldly into the future. Our Foundation’s rich history is built for the community and by the community, and our road map to where we are today is extraordinary. As we move forward, our legacy continues.
